In this article there are presented results of theoretical investigations, which concern relationship between a person heat exchange and microclimatic parameters in a room. By this metabolic heat (person work intensity), clothes heat isolation properties, room temperature and air velocity were taken into acount. On a base of this research an universal comfort diagram (3-factor's chart) has been created and calculating equation has been obtained. Presented diagram and equation give possibility to calculate an air velocity needed for a person comfort heat feeling, which is an input data for designing air conditioning system.
