The filter - an important link of a dust suppression system in the aspect of protection of the work environment

Abstrakty
W artykule omówiono znaczenie filtra w instalacjach zraszających oraz kryteria jego doboru jako ważne czynniki mające wpływ na ochronę środowiska pracy przed pyłami jakie występują podczas realizacji procesów wydobywczych (urabianie, transport, przeładunek) w kopalniach. Zaprezentowano nowe propozycje filtrowania cieczy (wody) kierowanej do zraszania poprzez filtr typu FHN- 150/50 oraz wyniki jego badań laboratoryjnych i ruchowych w warunkach kopalnianych. Omówione zostały również niektóre filtry dawniej i obecnie stosowane w instalacjach zraszających. Artykuł ma na celu ułatwienie rozwiązywania bieżących problemów filtracji wody zraszającej.
In the article discussed is the importance of the filter in dust suppression systems and the criteria of its selection as meaningful factors influencing the work environment protection against the dusts that occur in the course of mining operation processes (working of mineral, haulage, transfer) run in mines. Presented are new proposals of filtering the liquid (water) delivered, for the dust suppression process, through a filter unit of the FHN- 150/50 Type, and the result of laboratory and field tests of the performed for the mining conditions. Also discussed have been some earlier-used filtres and those now in use in dust suppression systems. It is the objective of this article to faciliate the solving of current problems of filtering of the dust-suppression water.
