Abstrakty

As far as modernization activities concerning large-panel constructions are concerned the assistance of the State is limited to activities supporting heat energy economy. The economic consumption of heat energy in this kind of constructions entails the necessity of additional, costly maintenance operations which are not subject to financial assistance. In this situation the Investor is not able to obtain financial support from the State in this respect.
