Searching for optimum living conditions and the most effective area development leads to establishing residential complexes as the point-surface habitats. Their dwelling parts are shaped as the detached blocks, their underground storeys containing garages are usually vast and compact. Ceilings separating the two parts are bases for developing the recreation areas.
