The creation of an innovative policy in the enterprises of service last years is a new fashion. In the contribution, the following questions are defined: the organization, management of innovations and increase of the efficiency of work of the workers of enterprises providing service of production. Their role in the present conditions appreciably changes and is connected with the maintenance of optimum work of the enterprises of service, rendering qualitative competitive services with the purpose of achievement worthy results in the work
