Abstrakty
The paper presents the influence of new technologies on B2B market relationships. The importance of the close relationships between company and its key suppliers and the methods of building such connections using new technologies are discussed. The example of Covisint, an exchange platform that succeeded only after transformation into a platform that facilitates documents and information exchange is presented.
