Abstrakty
This study investigates energy balance in austenitic-ferritic steel during plastic deformation. Experiments were performed on two groups of specimens with different mutual phase orientation. In the A specimens the alpha and gamma phases generally exhibit special orientation relationships such as Kurdiumow-Sachs or Nishiyama-Wassermann. In the B specimens the alpha and gamma phases are more randomly orientated. Both microstructures exhibit the same volume fraction of the gamma phase and similar density of interphase boundaries. The method employed allows to determine the energy balance during the tensile test without use a calorimeter. Tensile tests have shown, that the flow stress in the B specimens is higher than in the A specimens. It has been also shown that the energy storage process is independent on the phase orientation whereas the dissipated energy in the B specimens is higher than in the A specimens.
Praca dotyczy bilansu energii w stali austenityczno-ferrytycznej podczas deformacji plastycznej.
