W artykule dokonano przeglądu i analizy struktur funkcjonalnych i komunikacyjnych stosowanych w budynkach inteligentnych. Zaprezentowano podstawowe podsystemy funkcjonalne i przedstawiono model integracji systemowej. Poruszono zagadnienia metodologii przetwarzania informacji w budynkach inteligentnych. Omówiono cele, struktury i zadania integracji elementów automatyki budynków.

Review and the analysis of functional and communication structures applied in intelligent buildings were executed in the article. Present basic functional subsystems and introduce the model of system integration. The questions of the methodology of the processing of information in intelligent buildings were moved. Aims, structures and the tasks of the integration of the elements of the buildings automation talked over.
