W referacie scharakteryzowano ogólnie rolę i cechy infrastruktury dobrego systemu informacyjnego, kładąc szczególny nacisk na jego bezpieczeństwo. Ponadto określono rolę i znaczenie systemów informacyjnych oraz ich wpływ na bezpieczną pracę systemów elektroenergetycznych i stabilne funkcjonowanie struktur organizacyjnych rynku energii elek-trycznej.

The general characterized features of good information system infrastructure with special pressure on his safety were presented in the paper. Besides, the meaning of information systems and their influence on safe work of electricity network and stable functioning organizational structures of electricity market were qualified.
