Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono badania wpływu stref oddziaływań termiczno-mechanicznych na poszczególne elementy konstrukcyjne tłoków do silników spalinowych. Obszary te scharakteryzowano pod względem właściwości fizycznych stopu, z którego produkuje się tłoki jak i pod względem analizy procesu krzepnięcia wspomnianego materiału w poszczególnych obszarach odlewu. Bazą do badań były odlewy tłoków do silników Diesla typu Heavy-Duty. Zaprezentowano również informacje przybliżające metody badań kontroli pod względem jakościowym podczas produkcji tłoków począwszy od procesu odlewania aż do obróbki końcowej (mechanicznej) włącznie.
The article presents the influence of the zones of thermal-mechanical interaction on the particular constructional elements of the pistons for combustion engines. These areas have been characterized as regards the physical properties of the alloy, the pistons are produced of, as well as regards the analysis of the solidification of the mentioned material in the particular areas of the castings. Basis for the research were the pistons for the Diesel engines type Heavy-Duty. There also have been presented informations bringing closer the methods of inspection as regards the quality problems during piston production, beginning from the pouring process till the mechanical working of castings.
