EN

Experimental investigations on the fatigue life of a nut-screw joint tightened up over yield point. The results obtained show that tightening up to the state of permanent set of the thread considerably increases the fatigue life of the joint. Experimental investigations of material for dynamic creep and dynamic lossening of the joint. It has ben found that the dynamic creep of material for loads of low amplitude and high frequency does not cause loosening of the joint and that the resistance to loosening increases while tightening up screw over yield point.
