The autors discuss the microstructure, producing and methods for consolidation of new hard magnetic materials obtained by modyfying the microstructure of magnets, , consisting in reducing the grains of material to a nanometric size thus gaining a rise of magnetic properties by increasing the interchanging actions between the grains of the hard magnetic zone. A share of the soft magnetic phase in materials containing rare-earths is secured by increasing Fe contens, which causes a further increase of remanence. A decrease of the contents of the rare-earths should lead to an improvement of corrosion resistance and a drop in the price of materials.
