W artykule jest przedstawiona analiza energetyczna procesu całkowitego zgazowania węgla . Podstawą wykonanej analizy jest opracowany równowagowy model matematyczny procesu zgazowania. Model ten składa się z układu nieliniowych równań algebraicznych opisujących procesy fizyczne, chemiczne i energetyczne zachodzące w generatorze gazu. Procesy fizyczne w tym modelu opisane są metodą fizyki statystycznej. Wykorzystując opracowany model matematyczny wykonano badania symulacyjne różnych metod (Texaco, Destec, Prenflo, Shell, KRW, MEET) zgazowania węgla kamiennego i brunatnego. Wyniki wykonanych badań symulacyjnych przedstawiono w tablicy i na rysunkach.
In the paper there is presented the complex energy analysis of the process of complete, pressure coal gasification. The basis of energy analysis performed, is the elaborated mathematical model of the process of coal gasification. The mathematical model was elaborated to allow one to perform multivariant calculation of energy aspects of this process with changeable parameters such as: temperature and pressure of the process and kind, excess ratio and temperature of gasifying medium. It allows numerical simulation of various methods of complete, pressure gasification of various kinds of coal, with the help of various gasifying medium compositions. This model includes the system of equations which describe chemical, physical and energy phenomena occurring in gas generator. The physical processes are described with the help of the statistical physics. The formulated system of equations allows one to determine the composition of produced gas, and to determine the conditions of energy equilibrium in the gas generator. It is composed of 31 non-linear algebraic equations. Additional, the 32nd equation expresses the energy balance of gas generator. On the basis of this model a computer programme was elaborated. Six technologies of hard coal gasification (Texaco, Destec, Prenflo, Shell, KRW MEET) and two technologies of brown coal gasification (Prenflo, KRW) were taken into account in simulation. The results of numerical simulation are shown in the form of table and charts.
