Modelowanie morfologii mieszanin tworzyw w procesie wytłaczania jednoślimakowego.

Abstrakty
The state-of-the-art is presented for of modelling of polymer blends extrusion. Theoretical fundamentals for morphology development in polymer processing are given, and the model for morphology development in the single-screw extrusion is presented. Experimental results for melting of the low density polyethylene and polystyrene (LDPE/PS) polyblend, and for morphology observation are shown.
Przedstawiono problem modelowania procesu wytłaczania mieszanin tworzyw. Podano podstawy teoretyczne modelowania rozwoju morfologii mieszanin oraz przedstawiono model rozwoju morfologii odnoszący się do wytłaczania jednoślimakowego. Przedstawiono ekperyment wytłaczania mieszaniny polietylenu małej gęstości i polistyrenu (LDPE/PS), wykonany w celu analizy przebiegu uplastyczniania tej mieszaniny oraz oceny rozwoju morfologii mieszaniny w trakcie procesu przetwórstwa.
