There is following dependence; the less restricted and limited a creator's freedom, the better chance of formal and substantial freedom for a creator of architecture. A creator of architecture is subject to various limitations while creating his/her work and the degree of coping with them determines the quality of architecture under design. A creator's freedom which is not restricted is an ideal that one should aim at, freedom which is limited is the reality of creation. The two presented designs with a strong idea have also been subject to different limitations at the stage of creation; locating, substantial, professional and investing conditions. Both designs can be realized. If they will be and how they will be perceived - time will show.
