Abstrakty
The paper presents the results of measurement of liquid hold-up and gas pressure drop in a fixed-bed three-phase reactor operating in gas continuous flow regime. The experiments have been carried out at the pressure range of 0.12.0 MPa. Gases and liquids with various physicochemical properties were used. On the basis of the collected experimental data, the verification of mathematical models describing hydrodynamics of the reactor has been carried out; the model which enables a simultaneous determination of the above-mentioned parameters with highest accuracy has been chosen.
