Abstrakty

EN

A method for determining thermal stresses in thick-wall pressure components based on the solution of inverse heat conduction problem is presented. Calculations are carried out in cylindrical part of gate valve, which is installed in one of Polish power plants. Determined thermal stresses are compared with thermal stresses calculated in the traditional way using boiler technical regulation.
