This paper presents the impact of work environment factors on improving the level of safety. It is worth to remember that the influence of those factors on man is undeniable. Depending on the nature of the work environment factor they are classified as being onerous, harmful or dangerous. Due to the group of the factors, they affect a greater or lesser extent on the well-being of the employee. It is so important issue because the health status and employee attitudes correlate directly with effectiveness of the work process. Therefore, it is important to realize the presence of such a factors, to control them and mitigate their influence on workers.
