In the future, the crucial element of organizations, will be good organized teamwork. A succes will belong to such business units, which have a big intellectual capital used everywhere effectively. Good ideas are, in such situations, initial points for further progress The necessity of integration into better and more compact organizational structures is obvious. It is possible to distinguish the micro-, then macro-, and finally the global scale of this performance. The demonstration of problems and challenges are here discussed.
