Opracowano metodykę oznaczania zawartości azotu w stali nisko- i średniostopowej metodą emisyjnej spektrometrii optycznej ze wzbudzeniem iskrowym. W tym celu przygotowano program analityczny dla spektrometru Magellan Q8 i sporządzono nową krzywą kalibracyjną dla azotu (do 0,04%). Wyznaczono parametry metrologiczne opisujące wyniki oznaczania azotu w próbkach stali analizowanych za pomocą opracowanego programu analitycznego.

The methodology for determination of nitrogen content in low- and medium-alloy steel by spark optical emission spectrometry was developed. To this end, the analytical program for Magellan Q8 spectrometer was prepared and the new calibration curve for nitrogen (up to 0.04%) was generated. The metrological parameters describing the results of determination of nitrogen in steel samples analysed using the developed analytical program were determined.
