This paper describes recent development of 2D magnetic measurements under externally applied 1D stress. The measurement setup allows a broad range of 2D alternating and rotational magnetic measurements in laminated electrical steels. The mechanical stress ranges from elastic compression to plastic tension up to destruction. The automatic feedback control allows carrying out a broad range of strictly controlled magnetic measurements. Typical grain-oriented and non-oriented electrical steels are investigated at 2D alternating and rotational magnetizations.
Przedstawiono dwuwymiarowe badania właściwości magnetycznych materiału poddanego jednosiowym naprężeniom. Stanowisko pomiarowe umożliwiało badania dwuwymiarowe laminowanych blach elektrotechnicznych przy wymuszeniu osiowym i rotacyjnym. Naprężenia mechaniczne zawierały się między elastycznym ściskaniem, a plastycznym rozciąganiem aż do zniszczenia materiału. Automatyczne sprzężenie zwrotne pozwalało na realizowanie założonych warunków magnesowania. Badano typowe blachy anizotropowe i izotropowe przy magnesowaniu osiowym i rotacyjnym.
