The control over nonequilibrium processes occurring in the porous strata and pipes in the course of flow of reservoir fluids requires the search for new solutions and methods basing on the idea of reducing the share of chemical reagents used in the technological processes. The necessity of raising such an issue originates from the problem of effective reduction of expenses that are acute for many spheres of production and scientific activity of a human being. Relevance of the problem becomes more acute in oil-and-gas extracting technologies where the expenses for conducting the industrial operations make up a considerable portion of financial costs. Therefore, a search for new methods of effect hydrocarbon objects with the use of new physical effects will make it possible to regulate and control over nonequilibrium processes occurring in the well-reservoir system. In the investigations of Academician A.H. Mirzadjazade and his school a wide development has been recently received by a whole trend associated with the use of physical fields in the processes of extraction, preparation and transportation of oil and oil products. A high efficiency was reached when using the methods of processing of water and oil-and-water systems by physical fields (temperature field, electric and permanent magnetic field, pressure field, etc.) [1].
