Abstrakty

PL

Pomimo wielu narzędzi wspomagających zarządzanie procesem budowlanym opóźnienie czasu realizacji budowy jest zjawiskiem często spotykanym. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań, podjętych w celu identyfikacji i hierarchizacji przyczyn powstawania opóźnień w realizacji robót budowlanych. Ich poznanie może ułatwić podejmowanie działań osłonowych zmniejszających ryzyko wystąpienia opóźnień.

Despite of many tools supporting construction management delays are often found effects in construction projects. The papers presents the findings of a survey aimed at identifying the most important causes of delays in construction works from the viewpoint of contractors. The knowledge can be helpful for minimizing delays occurring risk.
