Foliage in the vicinity of the road has decisive influence on the availability of visible landscape surrounding. Its form, density and height serve the user awareness on any given road. By facilitating the use of green on the road surface, the designer has had an impact on the incidence and duration of the view and may decide which selected elements of the landscape should be exhibited while composing their appearance.
