The security issue has increased its interest. At present, the military dimension of security has been brought to the attention of analysts by initiating and stepping up the fight against terrorism and has been recognized as a feature of multidimensionality of risks, dangers and threats. The security agenda for state and non-state actors includes today concepts such as "economic security", "energy security", "environmental security", "individual security", "individual and community security", etc.
