Attempts to find what is architecture became almost frantic. One could say that instead of increasing quality of architecture we are trying to develop its definition. However, knowledge of definition and scope of architecture are necessary. First, they indicate buildings (urban complexes) which are examples of so called „good architecture". Secondly, they point out those of us who are crossing borders - and it is up to us to say we are face new directions in architecture or to deny proposals as „no architecture". To be successful we have to remember that it is kind of „fight on architecture" and a stake in this game are freedom of the individual and democracy.
