EN

A special case of pencils and streaks of conics is considered. In this case, if the centre of pencil of lines (or the base of points range) belongs to the double basis element, the points of tangency of particular rays of the pencil (or the tangents passing through particular points of range) lie on one straight line (passing through one point). In the paper the examples of using the above mentioned properties to complement the conics of a pencil, or of a streak, are presented.
