The paper concentrates on the internal stakeholders of farming cooperatives and the interests they express. The conditions of meeting the employees' expectations have been discussed as well as major problems connected with their fulfillment in Polish economic practice. The research results indicate that employees interests remain resistant to the influence of the proprietorship type of the enterprise or its organizational and legal form.
