There have been made three allergens, i.e. A and В proteins originated from FLK cell culture infected with BLV and C- made from lymphocytes of leukaemic cows. The preparations were tested on 10 calves infected experimentally with BLV. Positive results were observed in 4 calves which had received the preparation A. In 9 calves inoculated with the allergen В and 1 calf receiving the preparation C the findings were negative. In control calves (not infected) the results were negative either. No correlation between the titre of BLV antibodies and the intensity of reaction to the allergens has been found.
