In actual wood cutting conditions every system is burdened with defect of radial run-out. By the consideration of machining conditions assurance the value of radial run-out should be limited to allowable limits. One of the fundamental requirement of machining conditions assurance is that all of the cutting edges take a part in wood cutting process. More exacting criterion could be accepted if the thickness of the cutting layer could not differ from the nominal value more then 50%.
