Abstrakty
It was subjected to the estimation the ensilage from Indian corn-cobs /CCM/ of "DEA" variety, collected in wax ripe of the bean. This fodder, pre- parated in close chamber containers was of very good quality and included over 56 % of dry mass, and in it: 8.6 % albumen and 4.9 % of raw fibre. The energetical value of pickled Indian corn-cobs amounted 0.7 oats unit /8.78 MJ ME/. In the aminoacidic composition of CCM albumen there was.ascertained too low lysine level /3.17 g/16 g N/ in relation to porker necessities, but the contents of methionone with cystine and threonine corresponded to the porker necessities of that aminoacids and amounted appropriate about 4 % and 3.7 % of the protein. The digestibility of fodder sets, in which the pickled CCM exceeded 60 % in dry mass was comparatively high and amounted for organical matter near 84-86 % but retention N with addition of fleshy-bone dust fluctuated from 19 to 20 g/day. The seeming digestibility and calcium retention was also good /54 % and 5.5 g/day/, however the phosphorus and magnesium digestibility and the retention of this elements submitted to distinct decreasing after addition the bruised grain from young broad-bean to live-stock. The average day - increments of porkers, feeded by CCM, amounted from 570 to 580 g, but the consumption for 1 kg of the increment amounted average 3.8-4 kg CCM and 1.1 kg of subsidiary mixture.
