Abstrakty
Metodą AAS oznaczano zawartość metali (Mg, Ca, Na, K, Mn, Cu, Fe, Zn, Pb, Cd i Ag) w całych owocnikach pieczarki dwuzarodnikowej z uprawy w celach komercyjnych. Zbadano współzależności pomiędzy oznaczanymi metalami.
Using flame AAS after dry ashing of the sample, magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium, manganese, copper, iron, zinc, lead, cadmium, and silver content was determined in the fructification of Agaricus bisporus commercially produced on wheat and rye straw with the addition of hen's mannurc. Metals concentrations as follows were found: lead - 1.3 ± 0.5 mg/kg dry weight, cadmium -0.049 ± 0.027 mg/kg dry weight, silver - 0.24 ± 0.07 mg/kg dry weight, magnesium – 1400 ± 100 mg/kg dry weight, calcium – 270 ± 100 mg/kg dry weight, sodium - 710 ± 80 mg/kg dry weight, potassium – 46000 ± 12000 mg/kg dry weight, manganese - 5.9 ± 0.6 mg/kg dry weight, copper 63 ± 9 mg/kg dry weight, iron - 56 ± 9 mg/kg dry weight, and zinc – 100 ± 15 mg/kg dry weight, í A significant positive inter-metallic correlationship for the following pairs of metals: Mn-Zn, Mn-Cd, Ca-Na (at p < 0.01) Fe-Mg, and Zn-K (at < p 0.05), was observed. The negative inter-metallic correlationship for the pair Mg-Na (at p 0.05), was noted.
