W pracy oznaczono stężenia całkowite cholesterolu, Ca, Mg, Zn i Cu w surowicy krwi mężczyzn z miażdżycą tętnic w przebiegu lipemii pokarmowej. Oznaczenia prowadzono przed oraz 2, 3 i 4 godziny po posiłku tłuszczowym. Stwierdzono wzrost stężenia cholesterolu oraz obniżenie Zn cztery godziny po posiłku w grupie chorych z stężeniem wyjściowym cholesterolu ≤ 5,17 mmol/1 (I). Zmiany Zn są ujemnie skorelowane z jego stężeniem wyjściowym. Obliczono ujemne korelacje między cholesterolem a Ca (r = -0,85), Mg (r = -0,65) i Cu (r = -0,84) w grupie chorych z stężeniem cholesterolu na czczo powyżej 5,17 mmol/1 (II).
The concentrations of total cholesterol, Ca, Mg, Zn and Cu in postprandial lipaemia in serum of atherosclerotic men were determined. Blood sampling were performed before and 2, 3 and 4 hours after fat-rich meal. The significant increase in serum cholesterol and the decrease in Zn concentrations four hours after meal were observed in group with fasting cholesterol below 5,17 mmol/1 (I). Changes of Zn concentrations and its 0 hour levels were found negatively correlated. Significant correlations between Ca, Mg and Cu and cholesterol (r≥-0.65) at 0 h were calculated in group with fasting cholesterol above 5,17 mmol/1 (II).
