The following paper includes a list of vascular plants (429 species) of the Mnikowska Valley, which is one of the Jurassic valleys situated in the Kraków (Cracow) Upland. The xerothermic plants (74 species) and mountain plants (12 species) are the most important among various ecological groups of species. The occurrence of 41 species of established anthropophytes results from human activity. The analysis of threats to the flora of the Mnikowska Valley indicates that successional changes are the most dangerous e.g. during the last three decades the area of xerothermic associations has decreased severely.
