The review contains the latest law acts published in the years 1999 and 2000. These acts are relating to the activity of economical subjects from the branches of: brewery, yeast, spirit, malt, wine, fruit and vegetables arid non-alcoholic beverages. In the paper there are presented the acts relating to: Polish norms, the researches and certificates, state standard supervision, Polish classification of the products and services, trade inspection, patterns of units, tax payment, retail prices, excise and contingents.
