Abstrakty
Oznaczono zawartości żelaza i manganu w owocnikach koźlarza babki Lec- cinum scabrum (Bull, ex Fr.) S. F. Gray; jednego z najpospolitszych grzybów jadalnych rosnących w Polsce. Owocniki zebrano z 12 różnych kompleksów leśnych na terenie Polski latem i jesienią w latach 1998-2001.
Concentrations of iron and manganese were determined separately in the caps and stalks of the fruiting bodies of Brown Birch Scaber Stalk Leccinum scabrum (Bull, ex Fr.) S. F. Gray collected from different forest ecosystems in Poland in 1998-2001. Fresh mushrooms were dried in room temperature and further dried in electrical oven at 40°C for 24 hours. Dried and pulverised samples (0.5 g) were digested with concentrated nitric acid (65%, Suprapur®, Merck) under pressure in Teflon® TFM vessels XP 1500 Plus in microwave digestion system (Mars 5, CEM Corporation, USA). The analysis was performed by optical emission spectrometer with inductively coupled plasma (The PerkinElmer Optima 2000™ DV, ICP-OES, USA). The analytical method used was validated using many different certificate reference materials: CTA-OTL-1, IAEA-359, INCT-TL-1 and INCT-MPH- 2. There were some variations of mean iron and manganese content between the fruiting bodies depending on the sampling site. The highest concentrations of iron and manganese were found in fruiting bodies collected from the county of Kętrzyn and the lowest in fruiting bodies form Augustowska Forest in the case of iron and county of Wejherowo in the case of manganese.
