A system of environmental investigations and controlo in Poland

Abstrakty
The monitoring applied in Poland and resulting from international and national regulatons has been discussed in detail. The international monitoring covers: monitoring of the Southern Baltic Sea, an evaluation of the transfer of the polluted air over long distances, monitoring of the land environment against the background level, monitoring of ozone, background monitoring of the Man and Biosphere Programme and monitoring of the air in the regions adjoining the borders. In the system of national monitoring the following questions are discussed: pollution of atmosphere, forest and soil habitat, flowing waters, underground waters and lakes. The monitoring in Poland requires co-ordination and unification of the measuring methods and instruments in the research centres.
Подробно обсуждается контрольный аппарат применяемый в Польше: вытекающий с международных и отечественных обязательств. К этому первому принадлежат: контрольный аппарат южного Балтийского моря, оценка переношения загрязнений воздуха на большие расстояния, контрольный аппарат среды на суше, контрольный аппарат озона, контрольный аппарат фона загрязнения воздуха, пограмма Man and Biosphere и контрольный аппарат воздуха в приграничных районах. В системе отечественного контрольного аппарата автор обсудил следующие элементы: загрязнение атмосферы, лесная среда, почвы, плывучие воды, подземные воды, озёра. Контрольный аппарат в Польше требует координации и унификации измерительных методов и аппаратуры в исследовательских центрах.
