73 organizations representing the interests of the packaging industry pointed to the dangers associated with the implementation of the SUP (Single-Use Plastics) Directive. They particularly underline the possibility of a breach of the EU common market if some of the amendments voted by the European Parliament will be introduced, enabling Member States to take unilateral restrictive action on a certain products.
