Abstrakty
The main feature characterising successful organisation in the market is its well-defined and recognisable organisation culture. The economic factor is not sufficient as an effectiveness indicator. The firms that seek long lasting market success have to create mechanisms enhancing their adaptability and ability to innovate. To transform such a vision into reality of the modern firm it is necessary to increase the adaptive potential of human resources.
