The paper is dealing with the problem of communication groups and types of communicants in one municipal office in Bratislava. In the case of municipal office community, the authoresss can remark some more universal principles of creation of social groups, rules of socialization, incorporation of individual to the community, unique rituals of acceptation to the society. By analysing of communication flows she can recognize dominant expedients, their types and communication strategies.
