The article discusses the issues related to the change of the parliamentary term and the benefits to which former Marshals of the Sejm and of the Senate and former ministers are entitled (such as: severance pay, pension rights, health care, secretariat, official car), as well as the applicable legal basis in this respect. It was pointed out that, in Poland, these benefits are very limited in comparison with those enjoyed by former Presidents of the Republic of Poland.
