The study provides an overview of national legislation on workplace harassment. The author indicates the scope of subject and object of the regulations, as well as describing the mechanisms for monitoring and controlling this phenomenon. It also addresses the scope of support for victims and the range of penalties imposed on perpetrators of this type of abuse.
