EN

The question of time in the process of law application is a very interesting phenomenon. Law invests time measures with its own separate meaning which is different from the units of time customarily accepted in natural sciences. In this work, this dependence is described, pointing to the possibility of stopping, accelerating or slowing down the time that runs in the process of application of law.
