EN
The objective of this article is to share knowledge and observations on Top Management remuneration systems and its’ influence on growing company’s value. It is crucial to effectively manage the company in line with corporate governance to maximize its value in a long term period. One of the key challenges is to create and implement the successful remuneration system for Top Management via which owners directly or via supervision can influence managers’ work. Remuneration systems addressed to Top Management become more and more complex and sophisticated forcing Top Managers to execute multifunctional initiatives in all areas of company’s activity.
