The aim of work was to conduct research, how the structure of textile packages with the use of aluminised glass and basalt fabrics influence the thermo-physiological comfort of user in the protective clothing. To achieve this purpose in addition to the aluminized fabrics, two thermo-insulation inserts were examined. All of chosen materials were tested to determine thermal properties of textiles necessary to create the protective clothing with the aluminised basalt fabric content, which in the next step of research will be able to constitute clothing packages. To evaluate the heat insulation the tests were done on the Alambeta device. This device enables to assess parameters of heat flux transport through textiles in defined conditions. Analysis of obtained results of thermal insulation showed that the aluminised basalt fabrics have thermal properties similar or even better comparing to the aluminised glass fabrics.
