O obliczeniach membranowego przekrycia amfiteatru w Pruszczu Gdańskim

Przedstawiono konstrukcję membranową dachu amfiteatru wykonaną z tkaniny technicznej. Opisano procedurę wykonywania prób laboratoryjnych niezbędnych do określenia nieliniowo-sprężystych właściwości tkanin technicznych oraz długotrwałej wytrzymałości na rozciąganie. Parametry materiałowe do zaprojektowania przekrycia wyznaczano na podstawie badań jednoosiowego rozciągania. Omówiono proces projektowania przekrycia z wykorzystaniem metody elementów skończonych.

The paper describes the designing of the membrane of the Faktoria amphitheater in Pruszcz Gdański made from technical woven fabric. The authors pay attention to the method of laboratory tests necessary for the identification of non-linear elastic properties of the coated membrane fabrics and long-time tensile strength. The material parameters necessary in the design process are specified on the basis of the uniaxial tensile tests in the warp and weft directions. The calculation process of the Faktoria hanging roof in Pruszcz Gdański is discussed.
