Artykuł poświęcony problemowi profesjonalnego przechowywania wina na przykładzie wybranego, poddanego modernizacji obiektu. Na wstępie autorzy szczegółowo omawiają wymagania dotyczące warunków właściwego przechowywania tego wymagającego produktu, a są to: temperatura, wilgotność, wentylacja, drgania i oświetlenie. W dalszej części prezentują stan techniczny wybranego obiektu zarówno pod względem budowlanym jak i istniejącej w nim instalacji chłodniczej. Na podstawie dokonanej oceny określono zakres niezbędnych do wykonania prac modernizacyjnych w odniesieniu do systemu chłodniczego, koniecznego systemu nawilżania powietrza w przestrzeni wewnętrznej komory oraz niezbędnej automatyki gwarantującej utrzymanie wymaganych i stabilnych parametrów cieplno-wilgotnościowych. Publikacja stanowi interesujące studium modernizacji istniejącego obiektu z przeznaczeniem do przechowywania w nim tak wymagającego produktu jakim są wina.

Article devoted to the problem of professional wine storage on the example chosen, the modified object. At the outset, the authors discuss in detail the requirements for proper storage conditions for this demanding product, and they are: temperature, humidity, ventilation, vibration and lighting. Later in the present condition of the object in terms of construction as well as existing in the cooling system. On the basis of this assessment defines the scope necessary for the implementation of modernization works in relation to the cooling system, the necessary air humidification system in the inner space of the chamber and the necessary guarantees to maintain the required automation and stable temperature and humidity parameters. The publication is an interesting study of the modernization of the existing facility for the purpose of storing it as demanding as they are the product of wine.
