Designing of the mechanical and mechatronic systems by use of different synthesis methods, in relation to resonant and antiresonant frequency requirements is well known problem]. Due to practical application usage of additional damping methods: active or passive dampers [5] and piezoelectric actuators it’s recently more and more common. Identification and selection of the various parameters of the considered models are very important from final behavior point of view. Basing on current approaches for negative stiffness mechanisms and capacitance elements identification and investigations for negative parameters on various discrete mechatronic structures have been done.

W pracy sformułowano i sformalizowano metodę syntezy czynnej systemów mechanicznych ze względu na żądane widmo częstości. Dokonano syntezy czynnej systemu regulacji proporcjonalnej zgodnie z sformułowaną metodą oraz przeprowadzono sprawdzenie poprawność otrzymanych wyników.

In this work the method of active synthesis of mechanical systems in accordance with the desired frequency spectrum has been formulated and formalised. Active synthesis of a proportional regulation system has been performed in accordance with the method formulated and a verification of the correctness of the results has been carried out.

W pracy projektuje się układy mechatroniczne zbudowane z podukładów mechanicznych dyskretnych o "n" stopniach swobody, połączonych z ograniczonymi ośrodkami piezoelektrycznymi i z zewnętrznymi obwodami elektrycznymi LRC. Syntezy dokonuje się metodą rozszerzoną, opracowaną przez gliwicki ośrodek naukowy. Wobec otrzymanych w wyniku rozwiązania zadania odwrotnego struktur żąda się spełnienia wymaganych własności dynamicznych w postaci ciągu zer i biegunów.

In this paper reverse task as a designing of mechatronic vibrating systems is highlighted. Mechatronic systems can be achieved from mechanical discrete subsystems with "n" degree of freedom connected with piezo element and external LRC Network. Dynamical characteristics has been distributed with widened method of synthesis. Systems must comply with the dynamical properties in the form of frequency spectrum: resonant and anti-resonant frequencies.

The paper deals with an approach to the Solution of the eigenvalue problem of the linear continuous vibrating system described by some parameters having random character. Our attention will be payed to continua whose behaviour can be characterized by seif adjoint Operators. Result of the calculation will be expected value and dispersion of eigenvalues. Knowing the Statistical characteristics of the input random parameters and applying the six sigma criterion we can determine maximal and minimal values of eigenvalues in the probability sense.

The paper discusses the analysis of a three-degree-of-freedom non-linear model which describes the vibrations of a rotor. The model takes into account the impacts between the rotating element and a limiter of motion. Using the methods of numerical integration and spectrum analysis, the influence of the excitation frequency and static loads on the type of vibrations, number of impacts and quality index of the system has been studied.

In the paper vibrations of mechanical systems torsionally deformed and having a local nonlinearity with a characteristic of a soft type are discussed. The nonlinearity is described by irrational functions and in the study the discrete-continuous models are applied. The numerical calculations are focused on the effect of the local nonlinearity on displacements and dynamic forces in the considered models.

In this paper the concideration relating to selecion of optimal control for discrete-continuous absorbing system described with system of ordinary and partial differential equations was presented. Selection of optimal control aimed at minimalization of vibrations of the object placed on platform fixed on flexible connector.

This paper presents the application of Artificial Neural Networks [1,2] for solution of an inverse problem. Based on the dynamic characteristics of a plate, the neural identification of parameters of additional mass have been performed. Emphasis was placed on the effective preparation of learning data, which were obtained by experiment.

In the paper the inverse structural filter method is used for rail wheel system load reconstruction. In the first section the method is presented The method bases on structural filter coefficients identification. The filter, further is used for load estimation from the vibrations acceleration time histories. The tested method was verified with experimental data. Time histories used for verification were recorded during freight car running on the different quality rails with different speeds. Forces acting in the wheel rail system were stored as well as vibrations accelerations in selected object points. Results of both levels verification, presented in the paper, acknowledge the method efficiency in the nonlinear and non-colocated applications.

In this work, the theoretical longitudinal vibration analysis of an elastically connected double-rod system is presented. The double-rod system is the model of a complex continuous system, which is composed of two straight, uniform elastic rods attached together by a Winkler elastic layer. The motion of the system is described by a coupled set of two non-homogeneous partial differential equations, which can be solved by using the classical mathematical methods. Solutions of undamped free vibrations are formulated by applying the modal expansion method. Two infinite sequences of the natural frequencies and corresponding mode shape functions expressing synchronous and asynchronous vibrations of the system are determined. The initial-value problem is considered to find the final form of free vibrations.

The free vibration problem of the truck crane chassis frame with attached rotating frame and telescopic boom is considered. The formulation and solution of the problem have been done by the use of finite element method and the system COSMOS/M. On the basis of the formulated model the investigations of the influence of the rotating frame position on the system's free vibration frequencies and mode shapes have been done.

Zagadnienia poszukiwania struktury układu, spełniającego określone wymagania, dotyczące realizowania żądanych własności dynamicznych, jest zadaniem odwrotnym do problemu analizy, czyli jest to synteza. Należy w tym miejscu podkreślić, iż rozpatrywane zadanie jest inne od spotykanych w mechanice klasycznej czy teorii sterowania. Praca dotyczy sformułowania i rozwiązania problemu syntezy dyskretnych i ciągłych układów mechanicznych z uwzględnieniem tłumienia.

A process of researching the structure of a system, meeting certain conditions, is inverse to the process of analyzing it. In other words, it's a synthesis. We should emphasize that the considered problem varies from other issues met in classic mechanics or control theory. This paper concerns formulating and solving the problem of synthesis of discrete and continuous mechanical systems with damping.

W pracy przedstawiono modelowanie i analizę aktywnych układów mechanicznych za pomocą liczb strukturalnych. Celem przeprowadzenia takiego modelowania jest poznanie i udoskonalenie opisu i metod projektowania tak aby formalizm matematyczny w pełni ujmował istotę problemu jaki stanowi wyznaczenie charakterystyki tych układów. Przedstawiony model umożliwia również jednoznaczne rozwiązanie zadania odwrotnego, czyli syntezy.

Modelling and analysis of active material systems by means of structural numbers has been shown in the thesis. The aim of such modelling is studying and improvement of the description and methods of designing so as the mathematical formalism fully explained the essence of the problem which means determination of the systems characteristic. The model shown enables as well the unique solution of the converse task i.e. synthesis.

In the paper analysis of vibration of a dynamical system with permanent joint between shaft and sleeve with structural friction taken into account is presented. The shaft is modelled as continuous system. For needs of the analysis mathematical model has been built, describing two states of the joint, i.e. The state in which act the friction torques, end the state when the the cooperating elements undergo mutal slip. The obtained differential equations of motion have been solved by making use of the Krylov - Bogolubov - Mitropolski asymptotic method. The equation describing vibration amplitude corresponding to torsional motion of the joint elements in function of the excitation torque and excitation frequency has been found. The obtained results are presented in the form of resonant curves.

The note presents the analysis of vibrations of a discrete absorbing system with three degrees of freedom. The system is the combination of dynamic and dissipating damper. In the paper differential equations describing considering model have been situated. In order to carry out the analysis of absorbing system a program on the strength of Matlab/Simulink has been created. More important block diagrams of created program and selected results from performed simulations have been placed in present paper.

A model of lengthwisely - torsionally vibrating manipulator link. In this paper a 3-dimensional model of manipulator link is presented. The link is a bar of thin walls, with a box-shaped cross section. The model is presented in both local and global coordinate system. Vibration characteristics of the link are presented as a effect of numerical experiment.

W pracy analizuje się swobodne, nietłumione drgania poprzeczne złożonego układu dwóch cięgien połączonych winklerowskim elementem sprężystym. Rozwiązanie problemu formułuje się wykorzystując metodę Bemoulliego - Fouriera. Rozpatruje się zagadnienie brzegowo-początkowe wyznaczając częstości i postacie drgań własnych. Ruch drgający układu realizuje się w formie drgań synchronicznych i asynchronicznych.
