W artykule przedstawiono wybrane efekty prac projektu rozwojowego nt. "Model systemu logistycznego Polski jako droga do komodalności transportu w UE". Wychodząc z pojęcia systemu zdefiniowano elementy Systemu Logistycznego Polski oraz dokonano parametryzacji elementów struktury systemu. Artykuł zawiera sformułowanie matematyczne rozłożenia strumieni ładunków na sieć transportową ze względu na kryterium kosztów.

The article presents selected aspects of the research work "Logistics System of Poland as a way to transport co-modality in UE". The elements of Logistics System of Poland and its characteristics were defined. Article contains mathematical formulation of cargo flows distribution with the criteria of costs minimization.

This paper is a result of work carried out under research grant for development the Model of Logistic System of Poland in terms of transport co-modality. The paper presents problems of rational apportioning cargo flows within transportation network. Regarding transport co-modality, the optimization task of apportioning material flow through transportation infrastructure elements was formulated. The assessment of adjusting transportation network to transportation tasks was provided with regard to transportation system development. Technical and ecological conditions of material movement process were given special consideration.

Podstawowym celem rozbudowy infrastruktury technicznej jest szeroko rozumiane zaspokajanie potrzeb społeczno-ekonomicznych. W przypadku rozwoju systemów transportowych miernikiem tej satysfakcji są wskaźniki dostępności, w tym przestrzennej. Generalnie wyróżnić można tutaj dostępność ogólną (availability) i dostępność szczególną (accessibility).

The primary aim of the technical infrastructure development is the widely understood satisfaction of socioeconomic needs. In the case of transportation systems development, the accessibility measures, including the spatial accessibility, are considered to be the measure of satisfaction. Typically, two types can be distinguished: availability – which is general – and accessibility – which is particular.
