The paper presents the issues related to Closed Circuit Television; shows the successive stages of the evolution of systems development, and presents the concepts of monitoring system for freight forwarding company. For this purpose are used, variety of transmission media, including optical fiber cables. The result is an resistance to electromagnetic interference and high data throughput.

W referacie zaprezentowano zagadnienia związane z Systemami Monitoringu Wizyjnego. Przedstawiono kolejne etapy ewolucji rozwoju systemów, a także zaprezentowano koncepcje systemu monitoringu wizyjnego dla firmy spedycyjnej. W tym celu zastosowano różne media transmisyjne, w tym także kable światłowodowe. Dzięki temu uzyskano odporność na zakłócenia elektromagnetyczne, a także dużą przepustowość danych.

Artykuł dotyczy eksploatacyjnych właściwości parkingowo-garażowego systemu kontroli dostępu. W ramach tego tematu szczególna uwaga zwrócona jest na następujące zagadnienia: - istota i przeznaczenie parkingowego systemu kontroli dostępu (PSKD); - wykaz funkcji użytkowych PSKD; - przegląd ważniejszych procedur obsługowych PSKD; - analiza struktury niezawodnościowej typowego parkingowego systemu kontroli dostępu; - przegląd właściwości niezawodnościowych mediów transmisyjnych stosowanych w PSKD. System kontroli ruchu na terenie parkingowo-garażowym realizuje ważne zadania, zarówno pod względem efektywności wykorzystania miejsc postojowych i niezawodności działania infrastruktury parkingowej,jak również pod względem bezpieczeństwa znajdujących się na terenie parkingu osób i pojazdów. W artykule przeprowadzono analizę struktury funkcjonalnej parkingowego systemu kontroli dostępu i podano wzór wyrażający prawdopodobieństwo zdatności systemu. Na tej podstawie można wskazać, które moduły systemu mają decydujący wpływ na niezawodność jego działania. Nie trudno zauważyć, że modułem o podstawowym znaczeniu jest centrala zarządzająca systemem. Niezawodność działania centrali jest uzależniona nie tylko od niezawodności jej podzespołów ale także od jakości oprogramowania oraz niezawodności sieci połączeń pomiędzy modułami systemu. Przegląd właściwości niezawodnościowych stosowanych mediów transmisyjnychjest istotnym fragmentem opracowania.

The paper presents the operating characteristics of a parking-garage access control system. Within this theme, special attention is paid to the following issues: - essence and destiny of parking access control system (PACS); - list of utility functions(PACS); - an overview of the most important maintenance procedures(PACS); - analysis of the reliability structure of a typical parking access control system; - an overview of the reliability properties of transmission media used in PACS. Traffic control system in the parking-garage performs important tasks. Both in terms of efficient use of parking places and reliability of the parking infrastructure as well as in terms of security located on the parking lot of people and vehicles. In the paper has been analyzed the functional structure of a parking access control system. Defined herein the probability pattern of usefulness. This gives a basis to identify which systems modules have the greatest impact on reliability. Is easy to see that the primary importance module is the control management system. The reliability of the unit depends not only on the reliability of its components, but also on software quality and reliability of network connections between system modules. The properties overview of transmission media applied reliability is an important part of the paper.

Zebrano również opinie wśród instalatorów tego typu systemów dotyczące funkcjonalności stosowanych rozwiązań.

The paper presents the most important aspects of AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) implementation in Poland. The technological aspects of AMI implementation and the effect of formal-legal conditions on its course are shown. The choice of the communication system of the smart electricity meter (SM) with the Metering Information Operator is analyzed. Possible use of the low and medium voltage lines for the purposes of data transmission is depicted.
